The repairman called before he arrived. He arrived on time. He immediately knew what was wrong with my dryer and quickly retrieved the new part from his truck. He worked quickly, efficiently and very neatly. He was also very pleasant as we chatted about the difference between older and new appliances. What more could I ask for? Our Samsung refrigerator was leaking out water from the Filter Chamber and also we had problem with the Ice Maker. Not ice for over a month or so. The minute we call D.A.S, they send out the technician right away and came in within 20 minutes, view the problem or issue and within the next 5 or 6 days the problem was solved. Very professional technician, knew what he was doing and solve both problems at once. Amazing job over all. Very thankful to locate the Company and for their effort in calling back to let you know the status of when the technician will be arriving. A+ on that. Now we have ice like no tomorrow. Lol. Also, a new Water Filter Chamber was put in. We highly recommend this company

Not the cheapest service but always prompt, great and professional. Technician was very knowledgeable and skilled - my appliance is now working as expected which will save me 100s of dollars on gas and electricity bills. My advice is to go with professionals and not look for the cheapest since you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company to anyone and I already used them on multiple occasions.
