I had Dial come by and fix my Viking double oven. They know what they are doing. Really knew the product. Technician replaced a control board. Now the stove worked for over 2 month and still no other problems. Dial also repaired my Fisher & Paykel dishwasher, replaced a pump on it too. Since I'm a returning customer I get very good discount. They have very qualifed servicemen and have great pricing. About 30-40% cheaper than I had to pay other companies. Most of all they really seem to know what they are doing!‎

Just had my washer serviced by these guys recently. Unlike with the other people below, I had absolutely no problems. The repair man was courteous and quick. Assessed the problem, ordered the parts and repaired my machine easy. Definitely keeping their number for future cases.‎
